Finally proof the Product Owner is a chicken!
7/26/2008
So this all became clear to me during a Scrum training session I gave this week...
Proof:
So in Scrum we talk about a number of terms and roles, the ones I’m talking about today are the Product Owner, chickens and pigs.
Chickens and Pigs: If you don’t understand what Chicken and Pigs are within Scrum check out this great cartoon over on Implementing Scrum.com
The Product Owner is responsible for working with the team on a daily basis and amongst other things prioritising the product backlog. We should always have one Product Owner (article to follow) or as you may have heard the term:
“A single wringable neck”
So by that definition we can deduce the Product Owner must be a CHICKEN! ;)
