A bit of good, clean fun. This timer has proved very productive and entertaining. Set the time and start it off, its free and even has an audible warning half way through.

I used it in our town hall meetings and in our daily stand up Scrum's to limit them to 15 minutes. We actually found that by using the timer we actually gained the same amount of information and in some cases more, due to the team being focused on the time constraint and getting all their points across within the allocated time, forcing the offline conversations to happen and thus reducing wasted time - or boring other developers :)
