There are some wise words from Ron in his commentary, I am glad to here how the Product Owner is also a hard roll for him to resource, this is where I also find one of my biggest challenges.
His outlook for Scrum is realistic and challenging.
I am keen to take this challenge on down under, we all need to make sure we take the responsibility to educate our management on the benefits of agile.

Very interesting especially when looking into the crystal ball. Will agile processes become mainstream? There is alot of anti-agile out there particularly in my industry (government). I think what Ron says is true about the future of scrum but I also wonder if scrum will really take off in some industries in the next 5 years. I hope so!
